The photocopy that you have printed from the Sprocket comes out blank if you have not set the photo paper on the device. If the logo on the sheet is not facing downward, then there is a chance of a blank copy.
To resolve the issue, make sure you switch off the device.
Slide the top cover from the device’s output slot. Place the lid in a secure place to avoid damage.
Check if you have placed set the photo paper properly. There are chances that the sheets might be placed in a sliding manner.
Take the photo paper out of the device and tap it on a flat surface to align them properly. You need to place them in such a way that they are firmly secured.
Keep a colored Smart sheet below the paper stack and make sure that the bar code on the photo paper faces downwards.
Discard the colored sheet until you are done with all the loaded sheets.
Place the top cover over the device and check if you have aligned the edges properly.
Slide them to secure it firmly with your device.
Once you have completed the procedure, switch on the Sprocket to perform the print job and check if the issue persists.
